Right Response is proactive, comprehensive, and safe management program designed to provide an ethical approach to crisis management.  The three guiding factors to the Right Response approach are:

• The intervention must meet the needs and preferences of the individual in crisis.
• We must constantly reflect respect on the individuals concerned.
• The safety of everyone in the environment is our highest priority.

The training program equips professionals with skills to take a proactive approach in order to de-escalate and re-stabilize an individual before a crisis occurs.
