With over 400 employees, Martha & Mary is small enough that we offer a "family environment" where people enjoy working as part of a team. In fact, we have received national recognition for the creative work/life balance environment we have created for working families. However, as a 190-bed healthcare facility in addition to 12 different sites that offer child care services we're large enough that we offer opportunities for growth and career advancement within the organization.
