The backbone of any skilled nursing facility is the staff and nursing leadership. Together with the patient, resident, family members and care providers - we plan for care and treatment that will meet and/or exceed the goals established - whether that be returning home or to another living situation or maintaining independence and vitality throughout the aging process.
