A wonderful bridging of generations occurred over this past summer. Some of the children enrolled in Martha & Mary's Kids' Club, ranging from 10-12 years old, teamed up with residents at the Health & Rehab Center as part of their summer activities. The resulting product was a series of portraits that are now being displayed in the community. The imaginative stories that accompany the portraits are loosely based on actual biographies of the residents and children. |
