Part of that commitment includes our rehab programs. We know that reaching your maximum physical potential and getting back home are important to you. With that in mind our Rehab programs are specifically designed to help those that need: Physical Therapy - Recovering from surgery and need strengthening, functional retraining, and assistance with pain management
- Looking for neurological rehabilitation for CVA (stroke), head injury, Parkinson's Disease, or other neurological conditions
- In need of amputee rehabilitation and prosthetic training
- Needing post operative joint replacement or fracture recovery
Occupational Therapy - Requiring an assessment of ability to function optimally in daily routine and environment
- Needing hand therapy
- Looking for training on body mechanics
- In need of an adaptive equipment evaluation and training
- Interested in a home assessment with recommendations for modifications
- Eligible for the Wheelchair Program through DSHS
Speech Therapy - Needing an assessment and intervention for speech or swallowing difficulties
- Requiring assessment for potential to regain swallowing ability following CVA (stroke) or other speech/swallowing impairments
- In need of an assessment for tube-feeding progress to a more independent method of nutrition intake
- Needing a Progressive Self-Feeding Program
