POULSBO, WA (October 4, 2016) Martha & Mary announced today that its Board of Trustees has selected Lynette Ladenburg as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer. Ladenburg who currently serves as LeadingAge Washington’s Chief Strategic and Financial Officer, will take leadership of the organization on October 31.
“The Board is delighted to have found the best individual to assume this important leadership role,” said Helen Stoll, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. “Lynette has an exceptional reputation for strong, effective leadership. The selection of Ladenburg caps a nearly 4-month search process facilitated by CliftonLarsonAllen, a national executive search firm. A large initial prospect pool was narrowed by stages to a group interviewed by the Board’s recruitment committee, and then to a final round who met with all Board Trustees and members of the Martha & Mary Senior Leadership Team.
“I’m honored and I’m grateful to the Board for the opportunity to lead this exceptional organization,” said Ladenburg. “I look forward to joining Martha & Mary’s mission of caring to ensure their continued success in light of the changing landscape of both health care and housing for seniors and early learning programs for children.”
