Martha & Mary Receives 2016 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight

POULSBO, WA.  January 30, 2016 – Martha & Mary, a Poulsbo–based care provider for children, seniors and families in the West Sound, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2016 Customer Experience AwardTM. Qualifying for the award in 8 categories, including Nursing Care, Overall Satisfaction, Individual Needs, Laundry Service, Response to Problems, Dignity and Respect, Recommend to Others and Combined Average, Martha & Mary displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Throughout its long history of serving the community, Martha & Mary has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every patient or resident are met. Over the course of 2015, a sampling of Martha & Mary’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Martha & Mary in specific categories.

Every month, Martha & Mary has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of their patients and residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Martha & Mary has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each patient or resident’s experience.
