A New Corporate Organization

The renovation of Martha & Mary Nursing Home had a major impact on the structure of Martha & Mary: the one corporation was divided into four.  Martha & Mary Lutheran Services became the “parent” corporation of three active subsidiary corporations which, through their services, meet the mission of Lutheran Services.  This division was required by the financing policies of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the federal housing agency which provided funding at the time of the major renovation.
